Katie not only helped us find our first home in Jackson Hole, but she also helped immensely with the entire purchase process. She made the offer negotiation process easy and painless, and the entire process was fun all the way through closing. We really enjoyed working with Katie for our purchase in Jackson. She really listened to what we were looking for and with her extensive knowledge of what is for sale in Jackson winnowed down the choices. We had said “If you were in our shoes we want to see what you would want to see.” Once we identified the property, she was fully our broker for the negotiations and during the pre-settlement date she was working very closely with us on all of the details and was very responsive to our requests and all of our concerns. Katie was wonderful to work with! Thanks to her monthly email we came across a home that was newly listed in a neighborhood we loved. When we got it touch with her she was very responsive. My husband and I live 13 hours away and wanted a real estate agent that lived in the area and was involved in the community. Katie has been my realtor more than once. She sold a home for me during a difficult time to sell and she did an AMAZING job. More recently (4.5 years later from selling my home), Katie assisted my husband and I in purchasing a town home. She was very good at making sure that we properly understood all paperwork and followed through with any questions and our requests during the purchase.
