Katie was again great to work with on the sale of our townhome! We were able to sell the unit in a timely manner and at a fair price, which met the expectations we had at the beginning of the process. She also went above and beyond with assisting us in addressing inspection related issues as we were out of state owners. She also did a great job of communicating all the necessary steps to close on the property once we were under contract.
