⭐️ After a few quieter years in Jackson Hole real estate, there seems to be some momentum building in 2025, with increases in both the number of sales (up 8% over mid-year 2024) and overall dollar volume (up 14%).
⭐️ There are 16% more active listings than there were at this time last year, however inventory levels are still below what is needed for a balanced market. ⭐️ As a result, the market-wide average sales price is up 5% (to $4.3 million) and the median sales price - a more accurate reflection of the market trends - also saw a bump: Up 11% to $1,780,000 in the first half of 2025.

1️⃣ There are a lot of amazing Keller Williams agents across the country! I connected with agents from Las Vegas, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Silicon Valley, Ponte Vedra FL, Minneapolis, and South Carolina. If you or anyone you know are looking to buy or sell in these markets, I can now connect you with an amazing agent there.
2️⃣ It’s a small world! 🌎 I met @melissa_l_johnson who not only also went through the school of business at the @universityofwisconsin_madison but also grew up in the town right next to mine in Minnesota! She’s also a rock star realtor and mother of two. My new favorite friend! I also met a husband and wife team @cheryatc from Ponte Vedra that know my cousins that live there.

Spent our family summer vacation in and around Birch Bay, a cute little beach town in northern Washington. It felt like going back in time, with walks along the shoreline, an old-fashioned ice cream shop, boat ride on a historic ferry, hikes in the woods (love all the trees!), playing in waterfalls, and exploring the nearby town of Bellingham. Beautiful weather, mellow vibes, and lots of fun!

I’ve been involved in Teton Habitat in some capacity since I moved here nearly 20 years ago – from volunteering on the job site, to helping to found Habitat DIGS - an arm of Habitat aimed at getting young people involved, serving on the land acquisition board and the family selection committee and as a founding funder of the @tetonboardofrealtors community housing fund, supporting housing nonprofits like Habitat.
